This report covers all 1,381 identified CAHs across 45 states, with core EHR vendor identification for 1,058 facilities. The Excel workbook includes three tabs: a vendor market share summary, a facility-level detail sheet with every CAH's identified EHR vendor and product information (filterable by state, vendor, bed count, and urban/rural designation), and a state-by-state vendor breakdown.
